OCD POSH Curation Report #1749

Hello everyone! This is the 1749th compilation post of OCD POSH Curation initiative. Due to the changes in Twitter's API, the automatic comments generated by @poshtoken once you share a Hive post to Twitter have been stopped. This doesn't mean that PoSH nominations will stop. Instead of relying on the automated comment, we can revert to manual checking and curation as a temporary measure while the PoSH website has been worked on.

With this new scheme, you can just share a Hive post to your Twitter account and then comment the Twitter link to the compilation posts like this. The usual PoSH nomination rules will apply like the Hive post should not be yours. You can check the full rules at the end of this post. It's a new year and classes are about to start again in the baking and pastry courses I'm looking at. But before I come with the new content I would like to share the recipes I have pending. This is one of the last 3 pending and it was from our penultimate class last year. They are delicious milk breads. Previously I shared with you a recipe for milk bread, although these had more of a biscuit-like appearance and consistency.

My taste for Asian food started when I was a child, my mom had a very demanding palate and that influenced a lot when it came to cooking this type of food, it was really difficult for me to please my mom with the cutting of various vegetables, every time I see a makisu I remember how clumsy I was when I was learning to use it, obviously I was very young, now I just laugh to remember!..... Also back then there was no internet!... only the Asian friends that my parents frequented and they explained to us how we should do it at home. One of the things I enjoyed when I went to visit my daughter was when we ate at Bonsai Bar, and as I like to talk about food I will tell you a little bit about the experience we had during the visit to this restaurant.
