Beer Soup
Had a chance to dine at Steamworks shortly before this COVID clousure and tried their Beer Soup.

I don't know if these photos give it justice, but this is a remarkably tasty dish.

Totally enjoyed the place and the interior aesthetics. Attentive service as well.
