Tasty and Delicious Ladyfingers | First Time Cooking Experience

From long time, i was thinking to be with vegetables and making a vegan food item. Yesterday, i was scrolling Vegan Community, saw amazing vegan content of many bloggers. My eyes started shine and i got confidence that i will also prepare something. It was going to be a real struggle. It was going to be an Experience and experiment, as it was my first attempt and try. I was nervous and anxious that what to make or what not to make.
I went to kitchen and i saw- there were lady fingers resting in the basket of vegetables. I took handful of lady fingers { just on one plate} and picked ginger, garlic, tomatoes, some leaves of coriander, one onion, green peppers.

At first, i touched the plate of lady fingers to put knife on lady fingers. Lady fingers were not scary of knife(happily coming beneath knife 😂).
One after one, every item was making it's way beneath knife. I was enjoying this cutting process{first time, so i was enjoying it to full}.
While cutting onion, i was thinking that it will might stink in my eyes and tears will roll down, but things were under control and nothing like tears happened.
Cutting- it took time. Peeling ginger was quite strange, i have never done these things. Making something vegan was completely new for me. My mother, sister and aunt make these dishes but i never showed interest. No doubt, it's interesting.
Finally, after long run, cutting was done and it was time to bring spices from the kitchen.
In a white plate i picked one/one spoon of spices. All those spices which were necessary for better taste were in the plate.
- salt {half table spoon}
- red peppers {less than half table spoon}
- Turmeric {half table spoon}
- cumin { just a pinch}
- clove {2 pieces}
These spices are used according to my taste and my analysis. You can use them on your preferences.
First step was the fry and brown the lady fingers in the sunflower oil. Look how busy and involved i was into making my first dish a successful one !
It just took 5 to 7 minutes. My father was sitting next to me and he was guiding me in between. After frying ladyfingers i separated ladyfingers in a separate plate.
On second step, i was browning the onion in the sunflower oil. Steam was getting higher and it was enough to fog up my glasses.
When onions were brown, then i added tomatoes into it. Tomatoes slipped into the pan and started mingling with brown onions.
Then i added spices and i added ginger and ginger into it.
Last step was to add browned and fried lady fingers in the spiced onions, garlic and ginger. Fragrance of spices was appealing my heart. I stopped myself because i was on fast and i couldn't taste it until proper sunset.
After 7 mintues of constant scrolling wooden spoon in the pan, the dish of ladyfingers was ready to taste.
When my first vegan food item was ready there were so many to taste it. My father wanted to eat it first 😄. Well, Ghani, my cousin, was also eager to see what i made. He was coming to me again and again. That's why i gave the full plate of ready ladyfingers in the hand of Ghani.
Ghani was seeing towards ladyfinger with all his greedy eyes. His mouth was open 😺.
