Hey! Guyz! I hope you are all in good mood reading various blogs. As a newbie in hive, I am so excited since we have a lot of communities to explore and express our thoughts, our passion, our dreams, our daily life and off course, how we love foodies! Yes, I love cooking but just simple dishes. I am not good in garnishing or cooking with a twist. I only used basic ingredients. What I love the most is that cooking food for my family and co-workers.Yes, in our office, our boss alloted fund for our lunch and most of the time I am the one cooking, so, I am the one deciding what to cook.
Today, my co-worker said that it is good I came that I will cook again vegetables for them.

So our menu today for lunch is "Buridibod"
It is a dish by the low landers or the Ilocano people here in the Northern Luzon Philippines. I first taste this dish when we went in a far flung area and they cooked food for us and it is pure vegetables, no meet and it is so delicious.

And I want to share with you the ingredients I used and how I cook it. Since, our boss forgot to get the big pans they bring home yesterday, I have to lessen the soup 😂. Actually, I thank God since they did not bring home the rice cooker and the small pan😁 Imagine that I have co workers, the 5 hungry men, delivering sacks of feed products everyday. So, they need dish with plenty of soup to gain their strength.
So here is the outcome of our dish for today's lunch😂🤟😋😋😋
