Hello friends, happy start to the week, for everything I want to share with you a little of my experience in the kitchen of a caney, this weekend I had the opportunity to meet a beautiful caney a few minutes away from where I live, now to finish my cooking career Our last degree project was to hold an event and the beautiful thing was that it opened the doors of this beautiful place for us to be able to execute our dishes.
Hola amigos feliz inicio de semana para todo quiero compartirles un poco de mi experiencia en la cocina de un caney, este fin de semana tuve la oportunidad de conocer un bello caney a unos minutos de distancia de donde vivo, ya para finalizar la carrera de cocina nuestro último trabajo de grado fue realizar un evento y lo bonito fue que nos abrieron las puertas de este bello lugar para poder ejecutar nuestros platillos.
When I arrived at the place I loved how open, fresh and the whole aura it transmitted was very beautiful. From the entrance to reaching the majestic ancestral kitchen, it was a wonderful experience for me.
Al llegar al lugar me encanto lo abierto, fresco y toda el aura que trasmitía era muy bonita. Desde la entrada hasta llegar a la majestuosa cocina ancestral para mí fue una experiencia maravillosa.
Part of the kitchen was made of clay with stoves prepared for firewood, the grill, the meat on sticks and even reaching the gas stove, it was a charming journey that every cook could delight in creating there.
Parte de la cocina era así de barro con hornillas preparadas para la leña, la parrillera, la carne en vara y hasta llegar a cocina de gas era todo un recorrido encantador que todo cocinero se pudiera deleitar creando allí.
Something that I loved was that at the entrance of the place the first thing you can see is a huge pot for soup. I asked the owner how many kilos of ribs could fit in there and he told me 300 kilos of ribs, I was left with what? In this place they make this soup for the entire town on the day of the flower carpet and around 3000 people or more eat soup.
Algo que me encanto fue encanto es que en la entrada del sitio lo primero que se puede apreciar es una olla inmensa, para sopa. ¿Le pregunte al dueño que cuantos kilos de costillas cabían ahí y me dijo 300 kilos de costilla, yo quede qué? En este lugar realizan esta sopa para todo el pueblo el día de la alfombra de flores y comen sopa alrededor de 3000 personas y más.
Entering the space and being able to cook in this kitchen was truly an unforgettable experience which I would like to repeat many times, although I have worked in modern restaurants with all the latest in the kitchen, I believe that each one gives you a different experience, what I felt in this kitchen was something like that, so humanly warm, so Latin and Venezuelan that it made me feel special.
Adentrando al espacio y Poder cocinar en esta cocina fue realmente una experiencia inolvidable la cual quisiera repetir muchas veces, aunque he trabajado en restaurantes modernos con todo lo último en la cocina creo que cada una te brinda una experiencia diferente lo que sentí en esta cocina fue algo asi tan calor humano, tan latino y venezolano que me hizo sentir especial.
I also had the privilege of meeting Mrs. Leo, a dreamer and the heart of this place, the owner's mother and the one who imagined this place for many years, I talked with her and it was such an enriching conversation that I felt nourished by her knowledge. and love. I loved it because she asked me about my flannel if it was a company? And I was able to share a little bit of hive with him, although he didn't understand much when I was talking to him about the website. 3 He felt very happy about the information I shared with him and what it has given me.
También tuve el privilegio de conocer a la sra leo, una soñadora y el corazón de este lugar, la mamá del dueño y la que imagino este sitio por muchos años, conversaba con ella y fue una conversación tan enriquecedora que me sentí nutrida de sus conocimientos y amor. ¿Me encanto porque ella me preguntó por mi franela que si era una empresa? Y le pude compartir un poco de hive aunque no me entendía mucho cuando le hablaba de la web 3 se sintió muy feliz por la información que le compartí y lo que me ha aportado.
