It's natural that after planting crops then during the time of harvesting we'll not be able to harvest everything from the soil. Even if we put every effort in place to harvest all the things we plant, it we always remain impossible. Yam, potato, rice, beans, and more are all impossible to be harvested all. The advantage of most of the leftovers farm produce is that they will still germinate on their own which the owner of the farm will still see them and harvest.

There're some of the farm produce crops or plants that flooding can move from where there were planted to another location or environment. Some farmers are usually scared of flooded crops because they'll only notice it by the time it start to germinate newly. There's no need to be scared of any agricultural farm produce that flooding added to your farming environment because it's a normal thing for crops and flooding.

Last year, I shared with the community when flooding took some parts of my garden. The flooding even destroyed my vegetables. Normally, I almost visit my garden everyday to check how the vegetables I planted are doing. So as I continued to water my garden morning and evening I saw rice growing from the area where flooding washed my garden away. That day that I saw the rice, I was thinking it was an ordinary weed but when I checked properly, it was really rice.

I never put interest in the rice growing near my garden because I thought it was only a seed of rice but as I continued to look at it, the rice germinate and grows to be many. I never had the option to cut it down but for me to keep eye on it.

The rice is a blessing to my garden because I never planted rice but now have rice to harvest. This is what every gardener or farmer to expect that one day, you'll be surprised to see one crop of another germinating and growing in your garden or farm. I already know that the rice growing close my garden is from a farmer because the rice must be coming from one farmer whose rice during the time of harvesting fell down and flooding took them away to my garden.

When we see any farm produce crops we never planted growing in our garden or farm, all we need to do is to take food care of it and during the time it matures, we can then harvest. The rice in my garden have produced seed and about to ripe for harvesting.
